Return Policy

ORDER RETURNS:

A courier will pick up the items you want to return from your chosen address.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ONLINE ORDER?

You DM us on our Instagram account @young_noise or send us an email at hello@youngnoise.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

CONDITIONS U MUST TAKE WHEN U MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

– Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

HOW LONG CAN I MAKE RETURNS?

All returns can be returned within 14 calendar days from receiving your main order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE?

Returns are free but the Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange is always free for the first time.

HOW WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the refund in the same way you used to purchase it, So:

• If you paid on receipt, a refund will be made by a VF Cash, CIB Bank Account, Telda App, InstaPay or in the form of a Voucher that is only valid for online purchase.
• If you paid with a payment card, a refund will be made on the same payment card you used to make an order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

After the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have their inside labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be reimbursed to your account within a few days.

Remember that the time needed for your account to be reimbursed always depends on your bank.
